Pam Jones has been a Registered Nurse for 21 years working at various hospitals in Labor & Delivery, NICU, Mother/ Baby units, Nursery, Lactation support and Parent Education Classes. She has been a Sleep Consultant for the last 8 years.
It wasn’t until she worked at one of Chicago’s top hospitals where she saw first-hand, how many new moms were not getting the hands on training or educational assistance they had needed before they left the hospital with their newborns.
